Democrats have done a lot of talking but showed no action even over simply supporting the green new deal by cortez. This shows they are scared.

There has already been enough time for them to embrace the whole deal, but McConnell put them to the test by giving them the "opportunity to go on the record" and now as we keep witnessing with democrats, they just keep making excuses.
