Billionaires are the spawn of Satan.. unless they're nutbag democrats of course!

He's got billions to spend but he's a total tyrant pretending to be a moderate and he has a closet full of skeletons and an agenda full of hypocrisy, so I think he goes nowhere. Primarily because he has disdain for Midwesterners. It will be fun watching the media and many dems (ah, but I repeat myself) trying to defend his riches and his long history of clear and repulsive misogyny after mercilessly blasting Trump for four years over one disgusting locker-room recording and for being a rich guy. It seems to me his candidacy only helps Trump.

But I must admit, I don't understand the candidacy of Michael Bloomberg. There is no way he can win Midwest states, so why even try? When he was avoiding getting into the democrat primary, I initially thought that perhaps he was going to enter the race as a third party candidate and play the spoiler role of Ross Perot. I even wondered whether he was in cahoots with Trump.

Why wait to get in the race? He needs to get in there and start mixing it up, sharpening his debating, becoming known, and winning over the rank-and-file. Watching the rest of the field of feckless candidates impale themselves on their own stupidity and loony left proposals, Bloomberg's strategy started making sense. Waiting until the others have torn themselves to shreds before getting in so that there are fewer of them taking shots at him, and then riding in to 'save' the party from itself (or from Bernie) might be nominally clever, but in time, he had to know all the terribly awful things about him were going to come out. And now they are, and it's all pretty damning.

America is slowly dying from the leftism virus, theres nothing anyone can do about it anyways. It's the cycle of humanity.

Bloomberg is not left. The DNC is centric and left leaning at best. But I guess anything left of Trump or the far right is "leftist".

Even Trump is left, America is doomed. Oikophobia is always the last stage of every empire.

Trump is left if you're comparing him to some ultra far right extremist..

Nope! you've been brainwashed. :)

Maybe you should talk to yourself more...

Michael Bloomberg might not be attempting to win, deep down he knows he might not get the Midwest states really, but I'm thinking maybe he feels he could you know appeal better to the other states and be might have a shot. I don't know his agenda or propaganda, it might be that he's just someone who has too much to throw around.

Many things are happening in the political field. In my country, for example, it is not uncommon for some people to think that having plenty money equals winning elections. Well, it has happened in the past but I think people are now becoming wiser and more informed about their constitutional rights to elect people, not on the basis of their affluence but on the basis of their influence
