OUR RIGHT TO NOT SELF INCRIMINATE

Well here it is.
This is what they are using to justify blackmailing us into submission over victimless 'crimes' aka ALLEGED 'Infringements'.
If you read it carefully it tells you that it is our RIGHT to remain silent if we do not wish to self incriminate ESPECIALLY in the face of gov tyranny and abuse of power.
They are supposed to be able to justify their coercion in regard to imposing unjust fines on people by claiming the greater good which is why the constant media hype about 'speeding' and how speed kills. But what they forget to mention is that you cannot use the law in a this way. We are all individuals and as individuals they need to prove the each one of us individually is a danger to the community- so if you are not- IE you have never had an accident or caused anyone else to have an accident then you have grounds for standing up and saying STOP! You cannot incriminate me over a low level speed above a certain recommendation that you claim you have recorded on a picture.
The picture along on the infringement notice is not enough to criminalise you- if it was then the word alleged would not also be on the same page. They need you to self incriminate- YOU are their only witness to the event. BUT if you stand up and say- NO I always drive safely and I do not wish to fight over this- I do not wish to self incriminate then they really need to prove that in fact you are a liar. That you are indeed a danger to the community and that for you traveling at under 8 K's over whatever limit is dangerous.

Who will write to Yvette Darth with their own stories of bullying from the TCO and SPER. If SPER has ever threatened to suspend your license over one of these low level allegations, or if they have ever wheel clamped your car to force you to pay, and if you have paid to get them off your back then you have been the victim of blackmail extortion and fraud and you need to stand up and make a big complaint.
