ATS-Witness 20 SBD Freeroll - Saturday, February 10th
Another weekly freeroll with the Steem Poker League is in the books and another 23 SBD was given away in prizes!
If you haven't already joined the league at Lucksacks.com, head over today and get yourself registered! You're missing out on a lot of fun and a lot of potential SBD prizes from a variety of daily games! Not only can you participate in the weekly SPL @ats-witness 20 SBD Freeroll, but there are a growing number of other user-sponsored freerolls throughout the week, in addition to the many games sponsored by @spl!
In last week's @ats-witness tournament, we had 33 registered players that were reduced to the final two vying for the top prize of 7.40 SBD. At the final table, @iabuse and @lexiconical squared off after putting all of the other players to bed. But after an hour and a half on the tables, it was @lexciconical who came away with the victory and claimed the grand prize! In addition to coming in second place in the tournament, @iabuse also collected a 1 SBD bounty on @amos811. A second bounty of 2 SBD placed on @rawdawg was collected by @jdwolicki for knocking the Dawg out of the tournament.

If you're not already part of the @spl community, make sure you sign up with Lucksacks and join the chat on Discord. There are plenty of daily freerolls and weekly tournaments with pots ranging from 0.10 to 100 Steem Dollars. You can also create or join a poker team for a chance to win even more from individual and team points!
Players at all levels are welcome and there is no entry fee for freerolls (hence the name). You'll need to have a Steem account and a reputation of at least 35, plus a verified introduction post in order to receive payouts from Lucksacks.

Love the idea for a "ladies of spl" tourney.
Doubt I can play tomorrow, gonna see if I can make it to the dog track poker room here in Florida. They're doing $3000 hourly high hand prizes. $1500 top high hand, $1000 2nd place, 500 3rd place every hour. Aces full or better qualifies, 12pm to 12am. Daytona and Orange city dog track/poker room.

The idea of a womens tournament is great, but I don´t know if there is enough women's to make a competitive tournament, even the tournaments opened for all only reach a maximum of 70+ players.
The tournament will likely be open to all, but it's for Women's Day. The plan is to get women involved with Lucksacks.com and @spl leading up to the actual tournament. But I'll have more info to share in the next few days.

If my internet dies while I'm playing at a table, do I get the boot permanently or can I rejoin?
You should still be at the tables, but sitting out of the games. You'll lose chips based on the antes and blinds, but you should remain in the game until you're out of chips.
The only thing holding me back from joining in is my shit internet. I kick ass at poker.
