Join the Challenge!

Hosted by @robyneggs and @rensoul, this unique poetry challenge will guide, yet free your writer's hand - allowing you to create a wonderful poem that means something.

Contest Background

Originally started almost a year ago, the poetry dice challenge has inspired many wonderful poems. Just search #poetrydice to find a unique read, every day. Go on many magical adventures, as the turn of the dice varies from week to week. You can even enter the contest, if you like, by following the official rules (below).

Contest Rules

  1. Write a poem using all the images you can find on the dice (above).
  2. Post your poem using #poetrydice as the first tag.
  3. Make sure your title is clearly labeled. For example: "PDC3K Entry: Title"
  4. Look for the winner's announcement every Sunday

Contest Judges

Look for elite reviews from myself and Ren, throughout the week. We review each entry carefully, while considering all aspects of the poem - as well as whether or not the rules are being followed. We thank you in advance for restricting your #poetrydice usage to official entries only (This helps us find your entry swiftly and neatly).

Prizes

  • 3rd Place: 3 SBD
  • 2nd Place: 5 SBD
  • 1rst Place: 7 SBD

All entries receive my first priority, 100% (real person) upvote.

Sorry Babe, the contest ended last night at midnight UTC. We r in the United States.

Apologies, I neglected to post the deadline this block.

I missed the deadline too! Well I'll just have to check out the next one :)

You made this masterpiece so feel effortless. Which means your mastery is showing, The flow of this poem made me want to dance, fly, soar. It was indeed light yet power packed and too somewhat interdimensional. Beautiful and Bravo @ clayboyn.

Thank you for your entry poem this week @breezin. Slow week I see.

The contest has been extended this week.
