Steemit Poetry Contest #3 An Escape through the Seascape
Extending as far as the eye can see
Is where you can find the happiness in me
Whatever trial or struggle it may be
I know I will eventually be free.
To escape the harshness of reality
I was enveloped with its tranquility
All I feel was calmness and serenity
I was able to regain my strength and ability.
I stood there to watch the sun rise and set
I extend my gaze to where horizons met
The breeze touched my face; cool and wet
Nothing but positivity is all I get.
