Tyrant - an original poem
They unwillingly follow his rule
Stealing their voice
They are but a tool
Taking their free will
No choice but to follow
Or your life he will steal
Replaced by fear
Shouting his rules
We must adhere
Smashed by his iron fist
Promises of death
If we resist
In fear and dread
Awaiting the day
When the tyrant is dead
Good stuff. I feel like this poem is very relevant to what is going on today all over the world. Governments are trying to control us through the confiscation of our rights. Upvoted and followed :D Feel free to return tha favor :D
Thank you! No matter the time, it seems someone is trying to abuse their power.
True this is because most evil men seek power...most good men do not...
