I love the scent that fills the air

Whenever you're around, when you are with me

It reminds me that you will always be there

To guide me, to love me.

I love the sound of your voice

When you call my name, whenever you pray

Like a heartfelt lullaby amidst all the noise

Soothing my soul, day and night, night and day.

I love the warmth of your hands

Whenever you hold me close and tell me "It's alright"

Your touch works like a magic wand

Granting my wishes, empowering me.

I love seeing you smile

In every silly joke that I've cracked

The way you giggle like a child

Lets me know you've got my back.

I love you Mama, that's all I could say

It pains me to see your hair turn gray

I wish I could stop the time so you won't grow old

Because I'm scared of what the future might unfold

My best friend, my first love, my everything

I owe you every song that I sing

I promise to always make you happy, and proud of what I've become

But I will always be your little girl, Mama, for all the years to come.
