it just sucks...
going back.

is long
a desert-wasteland.

we fake it
our lives feel bland

• Thursday,
doesn’t feel renewed
but not quite as subdued

• Friday,
we flee
we are finally free

• Saturday,
i’ve earned
chores,
or the relaxation i’ve yearned?

• Sunday,
creeps with anxiety...
