Acceptance is the ultimate goal

Have u ever been rejected or heartbroken by someone you truly love?
Have u ever been treated so badly by some one who use to love u?
Have you ever felt like u can't do without some certain people in your life?
And you begged and each time u beg you been rejected and treated badly
And you just feel like giving up on life. Cause some certain people no longer what you in there lifes.

The biggest mistake i see people make is that they hold onto things because its convenient and easy.while it may feel easy to stay in a relationship, because you don't have to search for another one at the moment, the long term consequences to both parties grow everyday.

"Life doesn't always introduce you to the people you want to meet.sometimes life puts you in touch with the people you need to meet to help you,to hurt you, to leave you,to love you and to gradually strength you into the person you were meant to become

Life circumstances and experience teach us lessons that we need to learn,accept and turn into new actions and behaviours, we must accept what life presents us even if we don't feel like we are ready for it.the key skill is to adapt to change and react to what's not in your control.

So if you are constanly been rejected or treated like you are not been needed in a relationship or if you are not been accepted, loved, hurt,treated badly, insulted .
Its never too late to remove the obstacles in your path or to say goodbye to someone who isnt a good fit for you right now.

We would almost always default to what's comfortable rather than what's better
Change requires pain and discomfort and pain and discomfort requires strength and resilience
So whats next?
You heal
You grow
And you help others.
