A bisaya (my native language) poetry about love, sacrifices, and hard work of a mother around the world.
Kaayuhan ug gugma ang igahin niini,
Nagkinahanglan ug usa ka INAHAN
Na andam musakripisyo ug buhaton ang tanan.
Mabungol ka man sa mga estorya sa katawhan
Pasagdia ang mga negatibo na ilang gibuhian
Aduna kay anghel na grasya na wala sama sa uban.
Andam kini sa mga nagka lain-laing buluhaton,
Ang panghitabo sa kinabuhi dili matag-an
Ang bata kinasing-kasing dawaton kay regalo kana sa kahitas-an.
Wala man ang amahan diha sa inyung kiliran,
Apan gibusog nimo siya sa pag atiman
Ikaw man ang gipasakitan ang importante ang bata wala nimo gibuhian.
Basta ang mga pamando naa sa saktong butanganan,
Dili man sila mutuman ug gipalapos lang sa dunggan
Muabot ang panahon matarong ang tanang kasaypanan ug ikaw ang daganan.
Ang paghigugma sa anak wala kini nagkinahanglan na ikaw adunahan,
Dili man nimo mapalit o mahatag ang tanang gipangayo kaniya
Pero tinud-anay na gugma og oras gigahin sobra pa sa tanang sobra.
Nagtubo kini hangtod sa kahangturan,
Dili man siya mauban sa panahon sa kalipayon
Naglantaw kini sukad sa adlaw sa iyang kamatayon.
Nahimutang na siya kung asa siya gibutang sa Ginoo karon.
Niabot na gayud ang imong giampuan,
Hinaot kamo magmalampuson sa hagit sa kinabuhi
Magpabilin ang gugmang balaan ug putli.
