1 Minute Plank: Day 4 of 30

I decided to take a video of my 4th day for the #plank-contest. Why not? I had the honor of being joined by @kennyroy and @divinekids Little Miss. ❤

It's really a lot more fun when done with the fam bam!

I think we did more than one minute here... 1:15 maybe? Our timer (a.k.a. @kennyroy) was not taking proper tabs of the time. Lol.

I really love this awesome initiative by @minloulou and @yanyanbebe. I am able to set aside at least a minute to perhaps trip down a little flabs from my abs. 😅😂

WHAT

Spend ONE-MINUTE in doing PLANK.
Keep doing this for a month

WHY

Too many sitting, too less moving.
This plank challenge only takes ONE-MINUTE from you everyday.
It’s very acceptable for everybody as I believe :)

How to join

Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge.
Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK.
(If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute)

Take a snap tube(<1 min) or picture when you’re working on it.
