Examining the Elite Board of Directors of the ICMEC
ICMEC: A Closer Look
Previously, I examined the ICMEC (International Center for Missing and Exploited Children) and the connections between Hillary Clinton, artist Jeff Koons and the structure of the organization. Following the post, I briefly delved into other strands before circling back to have a closer look at the ICMEC because I felt that it deserved more scrutiny.
Below, this is a reddit post from r/The_Donald that I came across that examines the financial contributions of ICMEC members to the Clinton Foundation and the Podesta Group.
This is a solid effort and I think it leads in the right direction. Unfortunately, the thread highlights political donations from members of the ICMEC but the OP does not provide links in support of these claims. They require authentication and corroboration.
Since establishing the verifiable relationship between artist Jeff Koons, the ICMEC, the Koons Family Institute and HRC ties, it’s time to take a closer look at the rest of the members of the board of directors.
A word of caution, this post will not answer all your questions but it will peel back another layer of the onion, so to speak, and reveal new strands for investigation. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
There are multiple actors, sister organizations, professional relationships that all lead to deeper rabbit holes here, so I suggest you take the time to explore for yourselves. I will do my best to clearly present what I have found.

The Board of Directors at the ICMEC is a long list of professionals from across the globe so I will focus here on the most striking individuals related to our investigation. Furthermore, I feel it is important to explore the NCMEC at the same time to provide greater context. Finally, some of the Board Member are NOT listed on the website but they can be found listed as a board member (or former board member) in ICMEC Annual Reports.

The board of directors for the ICMEC is an impressive list of dignitaries, business tycoons, high-powered CEOs and political figures. If we compare the list of board members from the website to the names listed in the annual reports we do find some inconsistencies.

Most strikingly, we find a long list of “Honorary” board members made up of European royalty. We also find several key players, Baron Daniel Cardon de Lichtbuer of Belgium and Greek industrialist and billionaire art collector Dakis Joannou. As we will see, these are significant discoveries. Before we discuss these individuals let’s meet the rest of other members of the board.

So WHY is this important, you ask?
Baron Daniel Cardon de Lichtbuer is connected to the Dutroux pedophile ring in Belgium. The Dutroux case implicated some of the most powerful members of Belgian society, almost caused a revolution by outraged citizens demanding action and of course there was a massive cover up by law enforcement, judges, lawyers and police to protect the elite. Ultimately, only Marc Dutroux went to prison.

The official story is that the ICMEC was created in response to the Dutroux case and to fight this sort of horrendous child abuse in the future worldwide. In reality, it appears the creation of the ICMEC exists to protect abusers, and perhaps even to facilitate child sexual abuse and exploitation.

The Network of Child Organizations
We find that Baron Daniel Cardon and fellow board member Ernesto Caffo are deeply involved in several child advocacy organizations respectively. Both are on the board of Missing Children Europe (MCE). The MCE connects a network of 30 more child protection groups.

What is this kind of imagery doing on a child advocacy webpage? Possible satanic symbolism = Moloch.

Everything seemed pretty normal upon visiting Bial’s website until I linked to a subsidiary page.

Summary
This is not a completed examination of the ICMEC, there is still a lot of digging to do! From what I’ve seen so far, I’m convinced that the ICMEC plays a crucial role in this investigation and even turn out to be a central component. I feel that PG is directly connected to the Dutroux Case via the ICMEC.

I saw this post, the other one you link at the beginning, and the Yiff’s post on Voat clearing the trail that you started following. I haven't read everything yet but it gives the impression that what you are unto is very promising.
After, taken notice of what you putted out, I did a quick search on Jeff Koons and found something of interest. I intend to take the time to absorb what you have all discovered, and maybe do my next #pizzagate post in relation to this whole IMCEC elitist thing. While doing research for what I just shared on my account, I also found something else about the NCMEC that ties into all of this.
I'll give you a sign when I'll have my findings out.

Thanks! There seems to be an endless amount of rabbit holes here. There are certainly connections developing between the Dutroux Case and PG and there may be connections to Savile and the Franklin case as well. Think global. Look into the ICMEC/NCMEC organizations but there are plenty of other organizations to investigate as well. Happy digging!
