A typical day in dental school. Practicing Removable Partial Denture wax pattern and design. One of the requirement that we need to pass in order to graduate. I was helping out my friends on the technique and where to rightly place the sprue wax on the dental cast.

Heating up the carver so that we can melt together the sprue wax.

Putting the sprue wax together. It take careful and precise placement. The sprue wax is very delicate.

Hand instruments that are needed in creating the wax pattern on the dental cast.

*Final product. It takes us about 2 hours to do this. When I first started doing sprue wax pattern for removable partial denture, it took me 5-8 hours to finish one."

Passed along these two kids playing. I remember playing the same game when I was a kid. I still remember the competitive side of me back then.

After helping out my friends, I went to the market to buy rice and fruits.

My day was okay. I did okay on my theoretical exam (Endodontic-Periodontic subject). I reviewed the right stuff and I think it payed off. Now the waiting game...waiting for result.
