Beautiful animal! I wish the raptors I try to get on camera would pose as well, normally don't have that luck! :)
I do wonder sometimes, @pardinus, if the raptors (and other wildlife) aren't so much posing, as they are trying to figure what the heck I'm doing outside with my camera all the time... 😂

Look at the bird!!! I have got to invest in a nice camera so I can go birding one day on the island. I noted the Roseatta Spoon Bills habe landed the other day, I saw a White Ibis with a giant shrimp in his mouth in in flight, and the skimmerz are skimming... For now I guess you'll have to be happy with the Hibiscus...
The big ass bumble bees have been bombing em all day today like it's a holiday or something

Yes, you better go grab a nice camera, because those are shots I'd love to see. Although given how nicely that hibiscus came out, I'd say you have something pretty decent already. 😊

Wow he/she is beautiful, lovely when they allow you to take a few snaps before leaving @traciyork do you know what he/she is?
Similar size to our kite over here in South Africa, of which we have a few.
I'm not one hundred percent sure, @joanstewart, but I'm fairly certain this beauty is a Broad-winged hawk. And I've seen pictures of Kites - they are beautiful too!
