Autumn Days That Feel Like Summer.
It has been like a summers day here in Spain today. In the sun was 37 degrees C and clear blue skies. It was a perfect time to take my camera Around my homestead in search of photo shots. This first little bird I captured was darting backwards and forwards catching bugs and landing repeatedly on this little branch of my Moringa tree.
This is possibly the biggest praying mantis egg sac I have ever seen. About the size of a chickens egg, I found it hanging in the top of one of my almond trees.
I found a beautiful painted lady butterfly on the lavender bush.
There are some interesting looking flies sitting on the rose bush today. I love these colours!

Hey @yogajill. Moringa trees are very easy to grow, I grew mine from seeds. They have amazing exotic smelling flowers ( you can cook the flowers and they taste like mushrooms) and bean pods that taste like asparagus, not to mention those green nutritional leaves that taste great in salads etc. shall I send you some seeds? Plant them in the spring they grow really fast 🦋🌈🌴💛🍀❤️

Do you have a moringa tree in Spain? I thought they were native to Latin America.. do you also use moringa?

I have a few moringa trees in Spain yes. They grow really well.
It’s an egg sac as it’s called of the mantis so lots of babies will come out. It is big though 😂thanks for your lovely comments, I am always happy to hear from you xxx
