Kayaking on the road - Original photography
Back in 2013, there was a massive flash storm. It rained for about two hours, yet almost every street was flooded. What did the Dutch do? They took out their kayaks, inflatable boats or anything else that floats and enjoyed what is happening around them.

Dangerous, but cool opportunity to kayak
