Photo📷Trip: Dead Sea & Ein Bokek Reserve Part 1 - Sunrise 🌅 & My First Long Exposures Experience

Got an invite from @mrlightning, to join him on a trip to the Dead Sea which is located on the edge of the Judean Desert, between Israel and Jordan.

It was a long drive, about 2.5 hours, which we passed talking about a million and one different things 🙃.

We left around 1:45 a.m and arrived at 4:20 a.m, just minutes before the beginning of the actual sunrise at the Neve Zohar Observatory, which was @mrlightning idea having been there 20 years earlier to watch the sun rising above the Dead Sea.

The view was breathtaking 😃.

There I made my first attempt with the long exposure technique along with @mrlightning 's help and guidence 😄.

That is my best shot of the sun rising for that session, for my oppinion anyway 😎 ⤵️

Sunrise, Dead Sea 5:10 a.m

Armed with a tripod I began with 15 sec exposure and F 3.4.

First Light 4:36 a.m

4:41 a.m

5:09 a.m

As time passed I lowered the exposure time untill reaching a a value which abled me to shoot without the tripod (after 5:10 a.m)
