JK its not any kind of flooring material. Its Naan bread, loaded with cheese, baked inside a clay oven, then brushed with melted cheese. Served with creamy nut-based sauce and/or mint sauce. Costs about STEEM here in Malaysia.
Salty, doughy, cheesy. Fills you up nicely without bloating, with just a serving. Goes well with Tandoori Chicken for your daily protein needs.
