Jungle Shots: Black and Yellow Voluntaryist Bird

These birds are a common sight here in Acapulco often traveling around by our house in flocks. They're tiny and we call them voluntaryist birds because they're black and yellow mostly but that's definitely not what they're called. Our house is a birders paradise for those willing to wait for the good shots.

Anyone with bird knowledge know what this guy is?
