【Never tire of viewing】 Hong Kong This city consists of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, separated by Victoria Harbor. Covers an area of 2,754 square kilometers, population 7,347,000.
I was born in this tiny city. I live at Kowloon but my working location at Hong Kong Island. I need to go through Victoria Harbor daily. Traffic is well developed. There are not only ferries across Victoria Harbor, also three more undersea tunnels and the Mass Transit Railway. Because of the busy life, there will be no intersection with the Victoria Harbor.
Every time when Hong Kong people smell the salty seawater, many memories will be come out. For me, when I was a kid, my mother take me to pass the Victoria Harbor by ferry. I must go to look at the captain's helm. The other expectation was that when the ferry was almost arrived the station. Nowadays, while mooring the boat, it was still use a very original method. The crew who on the ferry throw the cable as it approached the shore, on the other hand, a staff member on the shore hooked up with a wooden stick and tied it to the shore. The stick has a hook in the front, the staff's skill is amazing!
The snapshot above was took by one day when I wanted to help a friend to buy something at the Ocean Terminal. When I went back to the bus terminus, I took it. I am very proud of Victoria Harbor when I review the photo! Never tire of viewing!

【百看不厭】 香港這個城巿由香港島、九龍及新界所組成，被維多利亞港隔開來。佔地2,754 平方公里，人口734.7 萬。
我出生在這個細小的城巿，每天也會由九龍半島經過維多利亞港到香港島工作。現在交通發展迅速，橫過維港已經不只有渡輪，還有三條海底隧道，加上地下鐵路。所以每天營營役役的生活，穿梭地下的管道，不會跟維港有相交點。
我想每一個香港人，每當看見維港總會想起咸咸的海水味，維港對每個香港人充滿深深的回憶！對我來說就是小時候，跟媽媽搭渡海小輪的時刻，我總喜歡走到最近船長室的位置，全程就是看著船長怎樣掌舵，然後另一個期待就是即將到站時的抛繩時刻。因為直到現在，泊船的時候還是用很原始的方法，由船上的船員在快要到岸的時候抛出纜繩，然後在岸上的另一位工作人員用一條木棍鈎起來，綑綁在岸邊的固定物上，那木棍的前端有個鈎子，工作人員的手法快、狠、準。
上面的快拍是有一天當我要幫朋友去海運大廈買東西，然後回程去巴士總站經過隨手而拍的。在車上邊看邊滿足地讚嘆維港真美！百看不厭！
