Asian Sunday: Roman Theatre in Jerash, Jordan
The Roman city Gerasa, surrounded my modern Jerash, has two well-preserved Roman theatres. Gerasa is known as "Pompeii of the Middle East" and even though it was not buried by a volcano, it is one of the best preserved Roman sites anywhere in the world.

I’ve been there! And I was wearing thongs (that’s Australian for flip-flops ok, not underwear 😂) and slipped down the stone steps 😳🙈 whoops! Seriously though, it is such a beautiful and impressive site. I loved Jordan.

Jordan is awesome! I did a hike in Wadi Rum in flip-flops since my shoes where wet and when I was scrambling up a mountain they broke and I had to climb back down barefoot :D
Yikes 😂 Wadi Rum was breathtaking. We stayed the night there at a camp. The sunrise I will never forget. And the sage tea 😍

Lol Wadi means valley and Wadi Rum means the valley of sand or the valley of the moon. 😇👌
