I got lost in Slovenia
I got lost, found my way again, got wet, and was at a mountain lake in Slovenia.
Unfortunately, I will be too late at home today to do a regular post. I was hiking in Slovenia and will tell you more about it in my tomorrow's post.

No, it was quite different - I didn't ask, because there were nobody there, and I never ask for the was, because I am no "tourist" ;)
I thought, my path was a shortcut including the view of a beautiful waterfall, but I was wrong, and it was a detour ;)

I took these shots at the lake, when I finally arrived ... good morning JJ 😊
My path, which I believed was a shortcut, ended as 2 1/2 hour detour, and after I finally were at the lake after 5 hours hiking all in all, I was so tired, that I even didn't want to photograph.
So, I hope some of my snapshots will be good enough to make a post tonight :)
I am sure we have all taken detours like that at sometime I know I have, thats a good long hike, I am sure even though so tired you got some great shots
I thought, my detour was a shortcut, until I came to a rockface ;) I could have climbed up, but I didn't want to risk this, because Id didn't know, if there's another rockface behind this one ;)
I have just had a look through the photos: maybe I'll have to make two posts. The photos aren't very good, but they will visualize the short story :)
I am sure your being over critical your idea of photos aren't good would be excellent for most people ;)
Probably a good idea to not climb the rockface especially if you were on your own

Yes, JJ, beautiful scenery in a beautiful country - even the detour would have been beautiful, because of this old forest, wherein I was walking down, back to my starting point, if I had planned it before ;)

Wonderful view, @oldtimer. next time, when I hike up there, I want to go to this peak too, but only, when I don't spend 2 1/2 hours in the forest, searching for a shortcut ;)

Yes, I am okay, and I didn't get lost - I always knew, where I was about, but it was a detour, which was not planned, and you said it right, I was exploring 😉

Okay then! It’s unlike you to get lost among the mountains and forests. Unless the Snow Queen was woken up and decided to play games with humans!! Gut to be careful of some naughty elf’s too!

Okay then, @kaminchan - I didn't get lost and the Snow Queen was awake on the mountain, where on some places were still covered with snow. I haven't seen elfs though 😉
