Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful festivus, Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza, and more! :) Today I wanted to share a photoshoot I did with a client who is an awesome musician coming into the industry through a company called Conquer Entertainment. Q-Baby is her artist name and she was in need of some photography for her upcoming albums and marketing needs. I took her to a really cool area of Downtown Winston Salem here in North Carolina - a lot of the area is abandoned and boasts a lot of cool old industrial type architecture and gritty details. Perfect for her style of gritty rock rap. I shot these with my Canon T3 and master edited them in Photoshop. Below are the final results from the shoot!
One of my favorite things about this series was my focus on color and texture. There is SO MUCH TEXTURE.. but I love it. She was so fun to shoot and I think we got a lot of great results.
