Trojan Cat

When I visited Troy, I ran into an ancient pillar in front of the Trojan Horse. At first the pillar caught my attention but then I realized that the eyes of the cat looked like they were calling for history.

For a moment the cat bowed his head and then gathered up.

He seemed to want me to approach him.

So I did. His posture seemed to empathize with the history and also seemed to be giving advice about the history.

"Do you hear the sounds of soldiers from the Trojan Horse? It will be in town soon..

Do you hear the voices of the children at the harbor?

Do you hear how a poet reads poetry in the theatre?

A woman is sighing."

Trojan Cat was like saying ‘Don’t just go from here, hear and feel…’
