How cooperation works!
When reviewing my pictures I noticed this photo again. I had taken it with my smartphone from our balcony in the summer and it has led me to post again about the commitment and cooperation.

At the time, when I took this picture, I became immediately aware of how each individual contributes to the success of a great whole through dedication.
The way these workers plastered the wall together should look like teamwork.
Thinking of the Steem Blockchain, we can contribute to their success through the commitment of each one of us.
Many communities, such as @steemsavvy, #powerhousecreatives early @steemitbloggers and the German D-A-CH community show that something really good can come about through the commitment of the members.
However, the activities should not only take place on the Discord Channel but through posts, comments, and upvotes to accelerate the growth of Blockchain and members.
Together we can make a difference!

Wie Zusammenarbeit funktioniert!
Bei der Durchsicht meiner Bilder fiel mir dieses Foto wieder auf. Ich hatte es im Sommer mit meinem Smartphone von unserem Balkon aufgenommen und es hat mich dazu verleitet nochmals über das Engagement und die Zusammenarbeit zu posten.
Als ich dieses Bild aufnahm wurde mir damals sofort bewusst wie jeder Einzelne durch Engagement zum Gelingen eines großen Ganzen beiträgt.
So wie diese Arbeiter zusammen die Wand verputzten sollte eine Teamarbeit aussehen.
Wenn ich dabei an die Steem Blockchain denke, können wir hier durch das Engagement jedes Einzelnen zu deren Erfolg beitragen.
Viele Communities wie z.B. @steemsavvy, #powerhousecreatives früher @steemitbloggers und die deutsche die D-A-CH community zeigen dass durch das Engagement der Mitglieder etwas wirklich Gutes entstehen kann.
Allerdings sollten sich die Aktivitäten nicht nur auf dem Discord-Channel stattfinden, sondern durch Posts, Kommentare und Upvotes das Wachstum der Blockchain und Mitglieder forcieren.
Zusammen können wir etwas bewegen!
Du hast vollkommen Recht und ich denke das ist uns allen klar. Aber wie? Ich versuche meinen Teil beizutragen durch Kommentare - so richtig eigenhändig von einer Person verfasste Zeilen zu einem Beitrag sind ja im Vergleich zu Bot-Kommentaren selten ;)
Und brauchst das nicht zu voten - schreib lieber jemandem nen Kommentar unter den Post :)
Vielen Dank @muscara. Voten gehört bei mir einfach dazu, werde aber weiter auch viel kommentieren. Kommentare sind das Salz in der Suppe.
Kommentare sind eine gute Sache. Ich denke dass mit allem es auch eine Zeit Frage ist. Und mit wie vielen kann man zur selben Zeit Kontakt pflegen...
Deswegen liebe ich ja auch Partiko. So nervig auch die Werbezeile ist - du kannst schnell von unterwegs eine Antwort schreiben. Denn wie oft sagt man sich "Schreib ich später wenn ich daheim bin" und vergisst es dann ;)

Jo Partiko ist sehr gut. Da ich aber vom Homeoffice aus arbeite muss ich es selten benutzen.

It's a cheesy but a true saying - teamwork makes the dreams work :) A collective effort wherever the individuals are will make a big difference - only have to look at bee and ant colonies to see how individuals working in great numbers to a common goal can achieve something quite beautiful.
