Fashion troops :)

Well, not all of us talk about Natasha, today it's time to tell about the participation of Rosa in the model contest "TOP MODEL", held in the international format in VK.

The first task was on the theme of fashion-military. It's funny, shortly before this shooting, I already conducted a commercial order on this topic, so I already had a little experience) Reflecting on the appropriate location for shooting, I involuntarily came to the conclusion that the best option under all circumstances (limited time and desirable proximity to the residence of the model) would be the beach on which I was shooting Natasha for [Dark Queen] (https://steemit.com/photography/@ianboil/dark-queen). I decided not to shoot in the same locations so that no one would have thought that it was done in the same place, a variety of places in this played into my hands.

Regarding the image of the model, it was difficult to find thematic military format items, but just a day or two before the shooting, Rosa reported that she had found a suit with a khaki coloring. We did not use top of it, only pants. Also, the guy Rosa gave his coat, which he decorated with badges and jubilee medals of the USSR (namely, jubilee, not military merit).

Despite the fact that I was already here, it was not so late (in terms of the time of year), as it is now. Therefore, for the first time I noticed an amazing location, when columns appeared from the descending water. These columns were easy to get off the coast, and it was just as comfortable to walk on them because they were large. In my opinion, the pictures on these columns became the best in the series, although I had a slight feeling that the potential of this place was not completely revealed to me. I hope next year will be able to come back and shoot something extraordinary here.

Another one of the favorite photos in the series was this, on stone blocks. Practically, as in the case of the columns, I had previously seen them in the water, without any approach. But this time, they were almost completely ashore, which gave us an excellent opportunity to tap into their potential. Here I am happy with the result and so far no other ideas are foreseen.

Funny in the end was how judges evaluated these photos. Firstly, I did not expect a high place at all - the 8th, which due to circumstance eventually became - 7! And, secondly, when we participated in the same contest with Nastya,the judges scolded me all the time for retouching, but in fact, despite the new camera, retouch, retouch technique and its appearance in this task were absolutely the same as those of the latest photos from Nastya. But, I think this time the level of other works, from other participants, has affected. Honestly, most of them, the shots were much worse than in the last two seasons, and we just passed because of the variety of places in the photos. Thus, and with the course of the circumstances, we continued to participate and proceeded to the second task, which was surprisingly the last of the qualifiers, although usually they were always 3.
