Too much sleep is not healthy, or why I love the morning so much in nature......Zu viel Schlaf ist nicht gesund, oder warum ich den Morgen in der Natur so sehr liebe.....

Today is finally already Friday, and the anticipation for the weekend is growing. With this anticipation, the fear of the inner clock grows again. Exactly this inside clock, which leaves me no sleep on a weekend. She forces me to get up at 6:00 am on time. But what do you do in such a situation? There are exactly two possibilities. The first one is lying down again and tries to force itself to sleep. The second and that is the one I like better, one opens the blinds slightly and looks like the weather is outside.

heute ist endlich schon Freitag, und die Vorfreude auf das Wochenende wächst. Mit dieser Vorfreude, wächst aber auch wieder die Sorge vor der Inneren Uhr. Genau diese Innere Uhr, die mich an keinem Wochenende ausschlafen lässt. Sie zwingt mich, pünktlich um 06:00 Uhr aufzustehen. Aber was macht man in so einer Situation? Es gibt genau zwei Möglichkeiten. Die erste ist man legt sich wieder hin und versucht sich zum schlafen zu zwingen. Die zweite und das ist die die mir besser gefällt, man öffnet leicht die Jalousie und schaut nach wie das wetter draussen ist.

Why do I like the second option better? The second possibility gives me the chance to grab my photo equipment and to go on exploration tour around the home village. It is always astonishing what it is there to discover and what impressions one can hold in the picture. With a fresh coffee in the thermo cup, I am on the way. This path leads me mostly past the village church and then left over a small dirt road towards Grund. From this small dirt road you have a good view of the nature.

Warum gefällt mir aber die zweite Möglichkeit besser? Die zweite Möglichkeit gibt mir die Chance, meine Fotoausrüstung zu schnappen und auf Erkundungstour rund um das Heimatdorf zu gehen. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich was es da alles zu entdecken gibt und welche Eindrücke man im Bild festhalten kann.Mit einem frischem Kaffee in der Thermo Tasse mache ich mich also auf den Weg. Dieser Weg führt mich meist vorbei an der Dorf Kirche und dann links über einen kleinen Feldweg in Richtung Grund. Von diesem kleinen Feldweg aus hat man schon eine guten Blick in die Heimische Natur.

Not always, but once a few times I met on this dirt road a painter who is always busy painting the village church. He did not belong to the "great artists", at least he told me, but at least he already filled one or the other exhibition with his pictures (after the first meeting, I naturally checked it at home and can confirm that).

Nicht immer, aber schon einmal paar mal traf ich auf diesem Feldweg einen Maler, welcher immer damit beschäftigt ist die Dorfkirche zu malen. Er gehört, so zumindest hat er mir erzählt, nicht zu den „großen Künstlern“, aber immerhin hat er schon die eine oder andere Ausstellung mit seinen Bildern gefüllt (nach dem ersten treffen habe ich das natürlich zu Hause nachgeprüft und kann das bestätigen).

This morning, however, he was not there and I continued my way. On the houses facing our village, I could see that the sun is already rising. So I was at least for sunrise photos too late. Since it was quite cold this morning (it was autumn) and we had the first floor, there was mist in the ground. This was not too dense and allowed enough light to take pictures. In the beginning, the icy cold was really felt and I was annoyed that I had only a thin jake. But the light of fog and sun compensated me for it. It was wonderful watching the sun slowly penetrate the mist with its rays.

An diesem Morgen war er jedoch nicht da und ich setzte meinen Weg fort. An den Häuser die unserem Dorf gegenüber liegen, konnte ich erkennen das die Sonne bereits aufgeht. Also war ich zumindest für Sonnenaufgangsfotos zu spät. Da es an diesem Morgen (es war Herbst) recht kalt war und wir den ersten Bodenfrost hatten bildete sich Nebel im Grund. Dieser war nicht zu dicht und lies genügend Licht zum Fotografieren durch. Im Grund angekommen, war die eisige Kälte dan richtig zu spüren und ich ärgerte mich darüber das ich nur eine dünne Jake angezogen hatte. Aber das Lichtspiel von Nebel und Sonne entschädigte mich dafür. Es war wundervoll anzusehen wie die Sonne langsam den Nebel mit ihren Strahlen durchdrang.

I must admit I felt somewhat uncomfortable because the sight had something ghosty. After watching this show for a while and taking some photos of it, I continued my way. Some hares crossed the path and a small roe buck, which I had accidentally woke up looked at me easily sleepy.

Ich muss zugeben ich fühlte mich etwas unwohl, weil der Anblick etwas gespenstiges hatte. Nach dem ich mir diese Schauspiel eine weile angeschaut und ein paar Fotos davon gemacht hatte, setzte ich meine Weg fort. Einige Hasen überquerten den Weg und ein kleiner Rehbock, welchen ich versehentlich geweckt hatte schaute mich leicht verschlafen an.

When I arrived on the other side of our village, the church bell was already beating 8 times and I felt a light hunger. I therefore decided to change my way home and bought some bread at the baker's trust.

Als ich an der anderen Seite unseres Dorfes ankam, schlug die Kirchenglocke bereits 8 mal und ich verspürte ein leichtes Hungergefühl. Ich beschloss daher meinen Heimweg etwas zu ändern und kaufte noch Brötchen beim Bäcker meines Vertrauens.

Back home (as usual, the rest of the family was still asleep), I prepared the breakfast for us, quickly examined the resulting pictures and woke the others. So you can see that it can have something useful when you can not sleep in the morning. In this sense, have a nice day friends.

Wieder zuhause angekommen (wie so oft schlief der Rest der Familie noch), bereitete ich das Frühstück für uns vor, begutachtete schnell die entstandenen Bilder und weckte die anderen. Ihr seht also es kann schon auch etwas nützliches haben, wenn man morgens nicht mehr schlafen kann. in diesem Sinne, habt einen schönen Tag Freunde.
