Sake is not as popular as it was in former times when it was of lower quality and there was less choice, but it remains common enough. Every convenience store will have a section dedicated to it. The One Cup brand is a common one. It ranges from ¥100 to ¥300 depending on size. Old men love that one and it's not uncommon to see old men buying it an drinking it as soon as they exit the store even in the morning hours.
