Parker Ridge hike in Banff National Park
Parker Ridge located on the northern tip of Banff National Park is absolutely a must do if you are ever in the area! Just 10 min driving distance south of the Columbia Icefields Center, the trailhead is easily accessible from the highway. Some moderate switchbacks will take you to the top in no time (approximately 45-60 minutes with 250m [820ft] of elevation gain). Once you reach the top of the ridge, go another another 1/2 km upward for a great view of the Saskatchewan Glacier! Here are some photos from our last trip.
