I went to take a picture of the ducks and Jerry went to go chase them, when I told him “Jerry, No” he stopped only to looking back at me with the expression “What? I’m just ducking around!” 😁 not like he will go in the water anyways 🤣 it is just the point of him not chasing all the wildlife!
Jerry has been listening super well lately, heeling without being told to, stopping when I ask without needing to yell. He does try his hardest to be a good dog but sometimes what he thinks is a good dog is far from the truth 😅
I have a different view point to training than most dog owners. I believe he should listen despite the leash. The leash is just a precaution for if something uncontrollable happens.
