Hello fellow steemians!

Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 150 SBD! Today you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to a continent of Australia. I am also adding a New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other steemians to which continent will NZ go to.

Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

Please see the Asian Sunday winner and give him support if you like his image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge: 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday - winner announcement!

@bypaul entry post for Asian Sunday is below:

This summer I traveled through southeast Asia for 7 weeks. Three of these weeks I was traveling Myanmar with my sister (to be seen in pic). To get to our next destination we had to take a boat with the locals and drive a whole day over Inle Lake. Eventhough it looks like a river we are actually racing over a huge lake covered by plants with only this small path open for the boats. The clouds you see in the back of the picture got us soaked about an hour later.

Back in 2010 we visited New Zealand for 3 weeks. This image is a typical postcard shot from Wellington, showing the old cable car. In the background you see can an overlook of Wellington. New Zealand is one fascinating country. Highly recommended for a vacation trip! And bring more time than 3 weeks if possible:)

Sunset with the view for Sydney skyscrappers. Pic was taken in December, when it's summertime in Australia. And it wasn't possible to swim in the ocean , couse it's a season of poison jellyfishes there).

Another gorgeous picture by you. Thank you so much for sharing.

Milford Sound Fjord, New Zealand. If you are lucky, you can meet dolphins and seals there.

Your picture is simply stunning. I would have even picked it as a winning one but you are falling real short on the description that should be somewhere between 30 to 40 words.

This was taken at the Memorial Walk in Newcastle, Australia :) It was a beautiful scenic walk as we got to see the ocean on one side of the bridge and on the other side of the bridge, you can see the town of Newcastle.

Thank you so much for this great image and taking part in the competition. Stay tuned for the winner announcement. Tomas
