Abandoned and looted civil defense shelter under a residential building. You can go through the entrance, the second option - on the street, 30 meters from the house there is an emergency exit. Perhaps there are more ways, but I did not look for them.
Previously, the institute "Hydroproject" was responsible for this shelter, but since the 1990s the institute has collapsed. Property turned out to be abandoned. Although, in theory, all such facilities should be under the authority of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Gradually, everything valuable was taken away. Young lovers of abandoned places with bags pulled out gas masks. Now the door in the stairwell tightly welded.

We have a lot of abandoned places. Even a lot. But I love such places, it is interesting for me to visit such, see how it looks now, and, if possible, compare it with how it was before.)
