woah 300 meters deep? That is crazy! Do you know if it is that deep because it was dug out and then water filled it, or if the water is just naturally that deep there? I really like the last picture, nicely framed with the fall foliage and the backlighting makes the rocks seem very dramatic

The depth was down to mining and I believe it was filled up intentionally . Thanks for taking the time to reply. Cheers mike
