That's a nice composition. The river seems almost dried up even though the glacier seems to be pouring abundant water!

The photo was taken in the second half of the summer. I think that in the spring the water level in the river is higher and these stones are covered with water. And even the level can greatly increase during the rains. A couple of kilometers below this place during mudflow mud washed more than ten houses that stood by the river.

Я бы хотел на несколько дней в поход с фотоаппаратом по горам сходить... Это просто кладезь красоты!
Как-нибудь надо будет устроить.
Про мапалу особо не в курсе. Они провели свое ico, раздали токены ранним инвесторам (мне тоже перепало) и с тех пор я про них ничего не слышал. Но я в принципе Голос теперь листаю только в рамках курирования фотоконтента и могу не знать очевидных вещей.
Может разрабатывают что-то.
В горы с палаткой? Это нужно очень хорошо подготовиться, там же перепады температуры большие. Но красота конечно необыкновенная!
А на Иссык-Куле тоже перепады хорошие. Днем сгораешь в момент, ночью минимум спортивный костюм нужен.
Но конечно такой поход требует подготовки.
Правда насколько я знаю есть туры. В том числе конные. Типа 5 дней по горам и перевалам с горной рыбалкой, ночевками и прочим. Все продумано, организовано, инвентарь по большей части от организаторов 8)
Конные туры на Ай-Петри предлагали. Но после того, как я увидела эти скалы, как-то не захотелось доверять свою жизнь подозрительным организаторам в грязных трико )))

As for the photo you've shared here; Kyrgyzstan looks beautiful and is definitely on my list of places to visit that are 'off the beaten track' to most travellers.
