Great Pictures #4 - Whoopi Goldberg and Milk
In 1984, Whoopi Goldberg was already an established actress and the famous Annie Leibovitz was tasked to portrait her. Inspired by a theater piece she saw from Whoopi in which she was joking to use bleach to clarify her skin, she decided to use milk as a friend told her milk becomes opaque white in picture.
This well articulated and planned picture did not turn out as expected as Whoopi slipped while getting in the bathtub. Leibovitz was fast to capture the moment which resulted in one of her most famous pic.

Nice, can't wait to see more of your posts
That's a great photo. I have really enjoyed both Annie Leibovitz's photos and Whoopie Goldberg's movies. Whoopi has a lot of guts to go with this photo. Not sure I would have totally trusted milk to be so opaque. It makes me wonder what Whoopi thought of this pic. I tried finding a quote from Ms. Goldberg that related to it but only found thoughts by Ms Leibovitz.

Hi @re-engineer, thanks for the comments. I could not find a quote from Goldberg either, but this is the article from Vanity Fair.
