Bunches of frangipani

Frangipani are still one of my favourite flowers...
They mostly come in bunches, and these are the most popular colour in Bali.

The curve and turn of their branches is like poetry in motion...

And if you're there at the right time, the trees have hardly any leaves, just bunches of flowers.... beautiful!

See how the branch of this bunch curves to turn upward...
and the bunch ends up all facing up to the sky
Pretty here in the early morning light!

The white edges catches the sunlight and seem to present a glow around the flowers and entire bunch!
The yellow gets deep and more intense into the centre
The frangipani are used in the Balinese flower offering or 'canang sari', and also worn behind the ear for both men and women at the temple
