Was out to the library on Thursday to dump a few more books for “adoption”. The open space outside the library is having pasar malam - kind of like a bazaar. I took this video as I walk through it and … oops, ran out of memory in the phone.😎

晚上，下着雨。所以，我和太太在家附近吃饭。我就吃了这米粉。不错但好像不饱。
After dinner, the rain stopped and I went to that market again because I wanted to try this mushroom I saw.
晚餐后，雨也停了而我又回去集市因为想试一下这杏鲍菇。
The guy there said I can select 2 flavours. I went with the spicy and seaweed.
那里小伙子说可选择两口味。我就选了辣味和海苔。
That's how huge the mushroom was but we didn't get the whole thing. Seems he was weighing the food.
那杏鲍菇挺大的但不是整个给我。他好像有称那菇。
After paying $5, I got this container. Not a lot. Taste was OK but at $5 means I probably won't try this again soon.
付了$5拿到这。不是很多。味道还可以但要$5就是说应该不会很快再吃。

First of all I want to thank you for being a part of the market Friday challenge! It's always good to see you in the tag. I really like the idea donating books to the library and I do that myself. Where else can so many people get enjoyment from my one purchase. That was a pretty nice Bazaar and just kind of thing but is popular to do especially on a rainy day.
Did the library sell the books that are donated or do they put them into their collection to loan out?
I think that your dinner of the Hoon looked pretty good to me but it's hard to tell how much was in the dish, although it does look rather shallow. I might have to have two of those to be full. LOL
Those mushrooms looked quite incredible and I'm pretty sure that I would have loved them as a snack. I think that I would take mine with the spicy also and I have never done the seaweed on it so I'm not sure how that is. Which one did you like best? Well, I sure do appreciate you taking us along with you and I had a lot of fun and I hope to see you back again!

Just one of the rarer market I happen to have around here fore a few weeks.
The dinner was normally enough but that day the dinner was rather late and it's raining.
Some how rain makes people feel hungry. :-)
The mushroom is OK but I've not tried other flavours and I think if you eat mushroom, then all the flavours then have won't go wrong though I was telling the guy "spicy and black pepper don't make sense to me".

I agree! I am more hungry with the rain. I think it has to do with the brain being bored.:)

Really? Come to think of I don't remember seeing much of mushrooms in the supermarkets when I was living in Kansas City.
