The growth of pine buds, macro photos
Approached as close as I can with my macro lens to the places where pine leaves are born. They erupt in a dense cluster of tiny needles less than 1 cm in lenght, from a cone-like sac.

I used a Sony a77 camera and a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro lens.
