📷 Watching the Sunset from the Empire State Building

A visit of the Empire State Building's observation deck is one of the highlights of every New York trip. Of course it's especially recommended to come shortly before sunset to be able to admire Manhattan from above during the day, at dusk and at night, within just a few hours. Unfortunately most tourists have exactly this plan. So if you want to take great photos, you have to be patient and shouldn't let the crowd disturb you.
Ein Besuch der Aussichtsplattform des Empire State Buildings ist eines der Highlights eines jeden New York Trips. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es natürlich, kurz vor Sonnenuntergang zu kommen, um Manhatten bei Tag, während der Dämmerung und Nachts, innerhalb weniger Stunden, von oben bewundern zu können. Leider haben die meisten Touristen genau diesen Plan. Wer tolle Fotos will, muss also etwas Geduld mitbringen und darf sich vom Gedrängel nicht stören lassen.

Das ist bestimmt wunderbar bei Sonnenuntergang... Wobei ich natürlich den Ausblick in der Natur 1000 mal mehr geniessen kann.. Aber wenn man schon mal im Big Apple is, warum nicht?
Dann ist es ja auch schon wieder toll zu sehen, wie sich so viele Menschen gleichzeitig über diese wunderbare Aussicht freuen und es genießen!
Ja, die Aussicht auf Manhattan von dort ist einfach unglaublich! Ich liebe ja große Städte und konnte mich von diesem Anblick nur schwer lösen 😉 Aber natürlich, in der Natur ist es auch schön und da hat man in der Regel auch mehr Platz 😄

Amazing view from up there. Very crowded though. Going through the security I had to forfeit a small keyring swiss army knife...I could have done more damage with a pen.
