Warmer days and colors
After the snowfall the other day and having to review Winter shots for a couple of submissions, and preparing a winter related post for tomorrow, I felt the need to share some warmer days and color this evening .

Hard to think with cold burst we have had, that only two or three weeks ago it was nice and warm and some beautiful fall colors were on display, such as these colorful trees on the upper duck pond, I thought these three trees lined up nicely with various sizes and shades of Pink, I wonder if the people who maintain this park, planned it this way or it just happens to be like this.
These are on the little park and area called the Upper Duck Pond here in Milford.

This shot is at the End of the Duck Pond just a week later than the first shot and the colors were coming out even more with richer and darker colors, just off to the left and right of this shot are properties over looking the river, must be so nice to have this view out the window at any time of year, but especially when the fall colors and out like this.

I'd love to have that view out my window, I really would. To watch the seasons change... But only if my back door looked out over my beloved desert where it's WARM. Probably not happening.
I think it would be hard to find a view on one side like this and the desert on the other side but hey it doesnt hurt to dream

When I lived in South Dakota we lived near a park filled with pink trees like yours. It was so pretty in the spring when the flowers on them bloomed. We are reaching the days of no leaves and little beauty here. Fall ends way too fast. Only pretty for a short moment.
Yes indeed fall cames and goes all top quickly
Fall colors are much richer but I always like spring flowering trees more. Probably just like that time of year better. New beginnings vs goodbyes.
