Hello, dear Steemians!
This flower is for Plants & Animals Theme of growing #photochallenge, initiated by @gapeboy. I was in out National Botanical Garden recently. They have Garden of Magnolia trees, and I was so amused and forced myself to stop taking photos.
In fact, I have never been there in a season of Magnolia's blooming, so it looks stunning for me. I didn't expect they have so much species that start to bloom one after another such that whenever you come, there is always flowers.
I've been there twice this spring that is unusual for such busy person :) And I hope to come back there again soon and finally with my husband. Also, I think I should make a series about it and flood your feed with flowers and petals, as it is indeed an amazing and beautiful place (oh, I really missed @petals contest...).

This is stunning photo.
The first time I saw magnolia was in botanical garden. It was big with white petals. Now you can see them everywhere in the town.
Your climate is much better for them. It is too cold here for magnolias to live outside the botanical garden.

Yes, we have much warmer climate. Each spring palm trees in containers are brought outiside everywhere in the town. Winters are harsh and they are kept in green houses. But summers are hot. We have rather extreme temperatures.
Summers became hotter everywhere I suppose, we live in a global warming age :(
