Is It Possible To Give A Gift To Everyone We Meet? And My Original Poem “I Have A Gift For You”
When we look at the word “gift”, a lot of us would say that we do not have much to give. That is because we tend to define gift only in its physical form. In reality the gifts that we can give take many forms. My contention is when we behave in a kind, respectful and considerate manner towards those that we encounter daily, this is our gift to them. We should always remember the golden rule “Treat others as you would like to be treated”. In some cases, the non-physical gifts that you give maybe more precious than the physical gifts. So remember, the next time you encounter someone, you can give him a gift.
I will try to list out some ways that we can give a gift to others. This list is not comprehensive and I have put it in the form of a poem.
I Have A Gift For You
I have a gift for you
A smile to brighten your day
A hug for a pick you up
Praise for your work done
Appreciation for your presence
Compliments for your looks and actions
A listening ear for your thoughts
Consolation for your woes
Encouragement when you feel dishearten
A light when you get lost
Giving way when you are in a hurry
A helping hand to lighten your burdens
My physical presence to comfort you
Greetings of peace to bless your day
And not forgetting
An up-vote and comments
For your posts at Steemit.

I agree with you, but we shouldn't forget about physical gifts. A physical gift exists no matter what, and even after many years, you can take this object and use it, feel it, and remember the good old day when you received it. Many years ago, one of my friends visited Norway, and when he returned, he brought me a Viking cup as a gift. I still use this cup, and it reminds me of him. I plan to visit Norway this year, and I am searching for some norse gifts for him. If you have any gift ideas, you are welcome.

Nice of you to come up in such positiveness.
However these days I will watch their love languages to see what to gift people, if possible. But most ladies love cute stuffs and a kind word, in general. :)
My gift here in steemit I have 2 things. If I can, I pray for someone in need who has placed a prayer request in a post; and if I have something extra, I will post contest to bless someone who is willing to keep the fun going. Or if someone truly needs help.
Basically, I pay it forward
(There are a lot of people who actually need help out there)

The type of Gifts you are talking about in your Poem, are the real Gifts in life!
These gifts can be given by anyone.
And they are free of charge in financial terms, and therefore they are so easy to us! :) Thanks so much for your post and your effort to bring some more positivity to not only our community but also to ourselves!
It does not cost us a thing. To us it may only be a small act, but it make a lot difference to the receipents.
