I agree with you, but we shouldn't forget about physical gifts. A physical gift exists no matter what, and even after many years, you can take this object and use it, feel it, and remember the good old day when you received it. Many years ago, one of my friends visited Norway, and when he returned, he brought me a Viking cup as a gift. I still use this cup, and it reminds me of him.
