Resonant Meditations with the Song of the Universe

The universe is always singing, we only have to choose to hear it.
Each song is unique to the wavelength of the listener.
Each listener can tune to different frequencies that are multiples of their basal wavelength.

As meditation is learned and practiced, the song of the universe becomes more clear. It begins with the calming of the mind, often brought on through concentration on breathing. The electromagnetic field constantly produced with our mind begins to be soothed, smoothed, and tuned to a more resonant harmonic frequency. Thoughts and signals still pass through, but no longer can they establish themselves and solely dominate the circuits of the brain.

With deeper and more focused listening, the fleeting distractions dissolve into a sea of peacefulness. All thoughts bearing negative energy, those inciting guilt, remorse, fear, and dread, are put into perspective and neutralized by the buffer of joy that is the spirit of existence. When in tune with the harmonies of the universe, one cannot help but to realize how insignificant ourselves and all of our happenings really are.

In trance, further refine the tuning of this celestial radio toward compassion and start to approach enlightenment. Forgive those who have wronged you and feel love for their suffering. Find empathy for all creatures and take pity on all souls. Realize the greater purpose to our existence – love one another and work together to create a better world.
