Hi steemians, today I will show is Balut o Duck Egg. It was famous snack here in the Philippines. You can buy the Balut o Duck Egg along the sidewalk. The street vendor sells it in the afternoon or evening. I know there are stores that cook Balut o Duck Egg coated with flour and food color in orange.

I cracked the egg to sip the soup inside of the Balut o Duck Egg. It has three parts the yolk, chicks and rock. My favorite part here is the yolk. You are lucky if you get more yolks than a chick. I don't know how to guess it. hahaha! Can someone know how to choose the Balut o Duck Egg?

Here's the vinegar with salt. You can also put some chili pepper if you want. This food looks exotic to foreign peeps in the Philippines. You can try to watch some video on Youtube. Their first experience was extremely incredible.
