Esta fue la manera de celebrar mi cumpleaños el año pasado 2017, cumpleaños nº 23. De mi manera favorita, en la montaña, donde ningún ruido perturba y no hay mejor arquitectura que la natural, en este momento estaba pasando por una parte del avila o waraira repano que se llama no te apures, este refugio queda a 800 metros del nivel del mar y lo tomo cuando voy vía a la silla de caracas y mas aya el lagunazo hasta llegar al humbolt.
Es una subida difícil. En muchos lugares, las raíces de los árboles sirven de escaleras. Durante todo el trayecto, la vegetación es espesa, cada vez la ciudad está más lejos. como 20 minutos antes de llegar a no te apures hay un claro con un famoso banquito que tiene una vista a la ciudad de caracas hermosa! por eso digo que no te apures y disfruta del ejercicio, de la vista y de la naturaleza.
