A Malaysian Engineering Student, Aiman Sany Mohd Ikhsan, gathered his friends to reenact the first 'Avengers: Infinity War' trailer for an English assignment that would not even be graded.
The aftermath? A viral video of 1.75 million views and a shout-out from the directors of Infinity War in which one of the Russo Brothers @therussobrothers tweeted, "Aiman. You guys are geniuses. Are you available to direct Avengers 5?" While these guys are lol terrible actors, they are great reenactors and they definitely did their thing.

Aiman, the mastermind behind this parody, channels Black Widow and Thor with his friends taking on other characters featured in the trailer. Using a single mobile phone that wasn't even theirs, and homemade props such as laundry pegs for makeshift Infinity Gems, plates for Dr. Strange's globular spell, and cereal pieces to depict the sea of warriors that charged down the battlefield, this really is a marvel to behold. Or even better, does put a smile on my face. And it was shot in five days while pulling an all-nighter to edit together all the footage. Now THAT'S dedication.

To us, budding filmmakers and I guess reticent entrepreneurs in general, this probably should bring to bear that you don't need billions to get started. Creativity, really, especially in these current times, is all the currency you need.

But I just have one question. What are a gaggle of "engineering students" doing shooting "short clips" for an "English assignment?" Lol! That just sounds like an array of contradictions. But whatever. Maybe that's how they roll over there in Kuala Lumpur. Versatile curricula in school system and all.
