This guy seems to have a short term memory, likened to that of a chipmunk. This is what I always tell people, most people will always do what’s best for them in relationship and this is clearly what this guy did. I am really angry he led this lady on because of what he wanted from her from the get to. Guys knows when they show a hand of love to ladies they would go through anything and any length just to keep them happy and this guy exploited that, forgetting he has shattered another person’s world because of his own greed and selfishness.
He seems to have forgotten all her sacrifices. He definitely used her, and there is no better way to say it. She fed him in school, clothed him, did all that was expected of a wife instead of a girlfriend. I can remember someone once said a guy shouldn’t act like a husband when he is just a boyfriend and the lady shouldn’t play the role of a wife when she is just a girlfriend. Oh, I left out the part that, she also bought the shirt he wore for the interview that secured that job for him, only for him to dump her and picked another lady as a ‘suitable’ girlfriend. She labored to turn a boy into a man only for another lady to come in and reap it all. All her efforts and sweat went down the drain; similar to Acrimony movie? Hahaha.
Now the guy has the job and he wasted no time in forgetting her. He has turned into a big boy, who has suddenly forgotten the years he suffered to pay his fees, and he is now with a new girlfriend. This is what happens when people enjoy a moment of relief, they forget years of struggle in a heartbeat. It is a painful thing to deal with for this lady, more like a double tragedy; losing her father and then watched her hope fizzle away. I think she should be happy seeing he showed his true intention right away. This is not the kind of guy she should marry in the first place. What if the father had not died? He would have stayed with her, get money from her while he gallivant around with other ladies and make marriage a terrible experience for her. This broken relationship is better, compared to what lies ahead; broken and unhappy marriage.
I know it a painful one, seeing all her years of investment but character matters in marriage and this is not the kind of guy she should marry. She should be grateful at least.

As said..he was mean and selfish motto behind his act that keep him just making use of the girl. When he reached to a statusbhe forgetz everything about tye sacrifices from the society and closed people that they reach to such height. ..@olawalium i am just getting angry with his act...

I was really angry too. This always put men in a bad light and it allows ladies to show caution in going all in. It is quite disappointing. Really selfish and mean. So sad.

I have also noticed this behaviour from boys that they often forget old days and the old lady who helped him a lot in his success. The boys should not do this as it hearts her. He should always see his past and need to care about his helper.
Yes, so many ungrateful souls out there and this is how they go around causing heartaches and they can't talk the same. It is sad.
Yes i support that point boyfriend should not act like husband while girlfriend should not act like wife because anything can happen, you only know yourself, you don't know your spouse mind
A lot of deceits going on round. Most people promise relationship just to rob the other person. They give emotional, body and financial robbery. Quite disheartening.

Depending on the person you are dealing with, love is not all painful. If only this guy would have been considerate and selfless, it would have been a match made in heaven.
