Jeremy corbyn has sacked a shadow cabinet minister who broke ranks with respectable labour birthday party coverage to name for any other ecu referendum.
Owen smith turned into asked to face down as shadow northern eire secretary by using the labour chief, after traumatic a second vote after eu talks have ended.
He has been replaced by rochdale mp and shadow housing minister tony lloyd.
Mr smith said he would continue to "speak up" for what he referred to as his "long-held perspectives" on brexit.
